Our family had an amazing time at this resort,, especially with the meticulous room cleanup every day. We even got surprise towel animals which the kids thought were hilarious!

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly,, but totally worth it for the experience we had.

The large hotel complex offered incredible dining options, especially the fresh Mediterranean dishes that were consistently delightful. However, the decor in the room felt outdated and the check-in process could be a bit chaotic with long wait times. Despite the friendly staff trying to manage everything, there were moments when service felt less organized than expected.

Wonderful service, beautiful beach!

The hotel was perfect for our family! We loved the relaxed vibe and the fantastic pool facilities, especially the water adventure park for kids. Our room had a beautiful pool view, and the staff took great care of us, even accommodating our young baby with special requests.

My wife says that a kid-friendly dining menu would be great.

The breakfast was a total win, especially the foul station—seriously a game changer for your taste buds! The staff, especially Mohamed Elbanna at reception, are pure gold, always ready to lend a hand. Plus, the beach vibes and scenery? Unmatched!

The beach was far too distant from our rooms, making it a hassle to reach, especially in the heat. Additionally, the hotel’s beach area was completely unusable due to renovations, which was incredibly disappointing. After all these issues, I expected much more from a supposed 5-star resort.

The beach was beautifully maintained, and the staff were genuinely welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Everyone from the animation team to the chefs really contributed to our overall experience, especially the friendly nature of Shady and his great rapport with the kids. We appreciated the cleanliness and how everything was organized. My family and I had a delightful time here and look forward to coming back next year!
